Refund policy

Due to the nature of food products, Mississippi Red Pepper Sauce does not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at the phone number or email on file and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.

All refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We stand behind our product and want every customer to be satisfied.
